High Rise Crane Units
Our High Rise Crane Units are designed specifically for multi-story construction projects where portability and access are essential. These units are engineered with lift hooks, allowing them to be securely moved by crane and positioned exactly where they’re needed on upper levels of a job site.

Once we have the details of the site and approximate length of the rental, we can provide a quote for your specific needs and would love to service your long term rental needs!
Providing (1-3)* 20 amp, 110-v circuits within 100' of the trailer location is necessary for full electricity function including hot water and air conditioning. Also water source access with 30-50 PSI with a standard garden hose fitting is required for continuous water for the trailer.
Firm, level ground is necessary for proper set up and operation of the restroom trailer. Also, access to and from the site for a standard pickup truck is required to place the unit. Standard units are approximately 12 feet in height and will require a clear path from tree branches and other obstructions.
No worries! Island Restroom Suite offers generator rentals and most of our trailer units also have fresh water tanks that can be refilled on a schedule or at your own convenience when the tank is running low (this can be accomplished with a standard garden hose).
Many variables are taken into consideration for the proper sizing of a unit. Some of the factors we consider are the number of days the portable restroom trailer will be used, number of guests, and hours of the event or project.
